So, I forgot to post my weigh-in #1 on Monday. The trip to Arkansas contributed a bunch of junk food eating, so the WW was blatantly blown off. Did good on Friday on the drive there, but they know my favorite food is cornbread, so I had some cornbread upon our arrival on Friday. Saturday was just an all out pig-fest, with snacking all day on cheeses, crackers, etc. Add in Saturday evening and all of the traditional Thanksgiving eats...Whoa. WW points consumed? Probably about 40. Okay, maybe not that much, but it was a lot. Granted I didn't actually eat tons of food, but I did have two helpings of pie!! hehe...what can I say? Max and my Aunt made two homemade pies! I love pecan pie. Sheesh. Sunday, I was alright.
So, all in all, I didn't do too bad. My official weigh-in on Monday morning was 156! Whoo! Lost one whole pound. Congrats to moi! Wish I could have done better, but at least I didn't gain anything. This week I kind of lost focus, too. But, I think I'm still on track for the most part. We shall see come Monday morning.
