Well hello there, strangers! It's been a while. Again. Wanted to check in and post a little bit about some new music I've been LOVE-ing as of late. I never, ever post anything about music, I would go ahead and venture to say that this could be my first blahg about music.
**Sidenote: Last night during my run, as one of my favorite songs was finishing, I thought to myself that I definitely would not enjoy running as much as I do if it weren't for the music. It's really one of the only times that I get to listen to something I love.
First up,
Christ, I love this band. Downloaded the album and the whole thing is lovely.
Listened to this on the drive in this morning, and was completely blown away.The hour that I sat in traffic just flew by. When I first heard Little Lion Man, I immediately knew I would like this band. I was right. Love.
For some reason, I knew that these two groups would have/could have been lumped together, and lo and behold - Grammy night 2011, they were paired with Mumford & Bob Dylan. I don't which album I am more in love with right now.
And THIS guy...oh man. I seriously cannot stop listening to this. He is amazing. This album is amazing, still sad that it didn't win the Grammy it was nominated for.
Yay. Music.
