My oh my, how time flies. Lola had her six month check up today, which includes three shots! She did very well. A lot better than last time, at least. Still about 5 minutes of screaming, but nowhere near as heart-wrenching as when she received her first or second set of shots. How is she growing? Her stats: Height - 27 3/8" (95th percentile) I guess that means she's pretty tall/long for her age! Weight: 16 lbs, 11 oz (75th percentile), and her big ole head is 17" (again, 75th percentile).
I'm very proud to say that Lola is doing everything that a 6 month old should be doing and accomplishing just the right amount of tasks to stay on top of her milestones. She's trying very hard to crawl, but has yet to figure out how to move her arms at the same time as her legs. She's working on getting more vowel sounds out and she is blowing raspberries ALL the time. Still no teeth, but we're waiting patiently.
